    @Noobs-R-Us: If only there were some way we could take a close look at the water and see what kind of molecular-level organisms exist in it. Perhaps some kind of optical enhancement device might let us look closely enough?

    @Noobs-R-Us: I don't know. I mean, without a source of oxygen, or b/c the water is hidden under all that rock, I can't imagine any life existing on the moon prior to a terraformation (if such a thing existed outside of a sci-fi novel).

    Even then, shouldn't simply boiling the water remove the impurities? #wateronmoon

    @evan_is_MrE: Especially with the super low boiling point. Condensing it again would probably be a chore though... I guess as long as you have pressure, it'll become water again pretty quickly. #wateronmoon
